GO Taking the gospel to the world around me

Are you looking for ways to GO through Connection Point? Here are several GO-focused ministries that provide opportunities to take the gospel to the world around you throughout the year:

Go Days
Go Days are opportunities to demonstrate the love of God and provide practical assistance to those in our community. Go Days are scheduled several times a year. The next Go Day is Saturday, June 1. Mark your calendars now and watch for more information in the coming weeks.

Mission Trips
In an effort to take the gospel to the ends of the earth, we partner with domestic and international missionaries and ministries to provide short-term, on-location support for their ongoing ministry efforts. Upcoming mission trips include Honduras (June 18-22), Denver (July 13-18), Jamaica (July 13-20), and Guatemala (January 4-18). Email carmen.kraus@connectionpoint.tv to learn more.

Hope Network
Hope Network offers hope to the hungry and hurting through multiple food programs, emergency assistance and resources, and support for students and families in the Raytown C-2 School District. Learn more at hopenetworkraytown.org.

ROC Fitness Center
The main purpose of our Recreational Outreach Center (The ROC) is to provide a safe, inviting, and gospel-centered place for people to gather for activities, like group exercise classes, Bitty Sports, the walking track, and more. Learn more at connectionpoint.tv/fitness.

Schools
Through our schools, we provide quality instruction, using curriculum and programming that educates and also points students to a connection with Jesus. Our schools include Little Learners Preschool, A Time to Dance, and Celebration Academy of the Arts. Learn more at connectionpoint.tv/schools.

Camps
We have several camp opportunities every summer, but there are two camps that were created specifically to reach the community for Christ – Create-A-Camp and Milestone Sports Camp. There are many opportunities available to provide support for these camps. To learn more about Create-A-Camp, visit create-a-camp.com. To learn more about Milestone Sports Camp, email carmen.kraus@connectionpoint.tv.

Bitty Sports T-Ball League

Our Bitty Sports T-Ball League is kicking off at the ROC on Saturday, April 27, at 11:00am. Bitty Sports introduces kids ages 3-7 to sports in a structured, fun, and non-competitive environment. Your child will build confidence, make friends, learn new skills, and have a lot of fun doing it. See full details and register at connectionpoint.tv/events.

Graduate Recognition

On Sunday, May 5, we will recognize our graduates. This celebration for high school seniors is part of Milestone 7: Disciple Forever on the Legacy Milestone Path. It will be an opportunity for our church family to pray for and encourage the graduates as they prepare for the path ahead. Learn more and sign up to participate at connectionpoint.tv/grad.
