5K Run/Walk – Saturday, August 7

Walk, run, or push a stroller through the neighborhoods surrounding The ROC Fitness Center on Saturday, August 7, at 8:30am. (Registration opens at 7:30am.) Group Exercise

All group exercise classes are included in the price of a fitness center membership. Day passes are also available at $5 per day. These are good the entire day on the date of purchase and give the purchaser access to the cardio area, the weight room, the walking track and all group exercise classes, or you may purchase a punch card good for 8 classes for $25.
Age Requirements
Students must be 13 years old with a parent/legal guardian, or 16 years old without a parent/legal guardian to participate in an aerobics class.

Personal Training

Our Personal Training Program employs Nationally Certified trainers. On your initial session the trainer will assess your body composition, test your aerobic capacity, and measure your muscle strength and endurance. Based on the trainer’s evaluation, a program will be designed that addresses your specific needs. Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, and most successful ways to achieve your fitness goals! When you choose to use one of our personal trainers, you will get a guaranteed partner in your fitness success!

Personal Training Session Rates

Private Session – $40
The first session you can expect to be asked a lot of questions. Your trainer will ask questions about your health and exercise history, and during this session you will work together to determine your exercise goals. Sessions are 1 hour each.

Package of 5 Sessions – $100
Private sessions lasting 1 hour each, but at a discount

Package of 10 Sessions – $200
Private sessions lasting 1 hour each, but at a discount

Small Group Sessions – 2-on-1 – $40 ($20 per person)
Trainers coordinate small group personal training to make it more affordable to clients. Small group sessions are where two people, with similar fitness goals, work with a trainer in a 2-on-1 setting. Sessions are 1 hour each.

Package of 10 Sessions – $360 ($160 per person)
10 semi-private sessions lasting one hour each, but at a discount.

Small Group Sessions – 3-on-1 – $60 ($20 per person)
Trainers coordinate small group personal training to make it more affordable to clients. Small group sessions are where 3 people with similar fitness goals, work with a trainer on a 3-on-1 setting. Sessions are 1 hour each.

Package of 10 Sessions – $480 ($160 per person)
10 semi-private sessions lasting 1 hour each, but at a discount.

Membership

How do I join?

Stop by any time to meet our staff, see our equipment, and evaluate our service. If you like what you see, becoming a member of the ROC is simple! Get a head start by downloading the forms. You can fill them out at home and bring them with you, saving you time at the office window and getting you right to the fitness center floor!

Day Pass includes access to the cardio area, the weight room, the walking track, and all group exercise classes for day pass was purchased.
* Members who choose to pay their membership fee on a monthly basis may pay via automatic draft from checking, savings, or credit card each month. This payment will be set up upon enrollment. No cash accounts allowed.
** Members who pay annually will pay a discounted rate, which is like getting two months membership free.

No Contracts!

What truly sets the ROC Fitness Center apart from the rest is we offer membership with no contracts. We ask for a written cancellation form to be completed 30 days prior to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy
  • Membership must be canceled by completing a cancellation form 30 days prior to cancellation.
  • Any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation must be resolved before a membership will be reinstated at a later time.
  • There will be no pro-rated refund or other refund once a payment has been received.
  • Connection Point and the ROC reserve the right to deny re-application to any previously cancelled participant.
