Did you know you are the most influential person in your child’s faith journey? We want to equip you to walk alongside your child both in the day-to-day and along the path of the seven milestones we’ve identified that will help your child make their faith their own.

At the Parent Summit, you will learn where your family is on the path and how to lead them to the next milestone. This event is both the entry point to the path and a continuing training opportunity for parents.

Whether you're looking to improve an area or two, or you have no clue where to start in raising your kids, this will be a great event for parents (married or single), grandparents, guardians, and anyone who has influence in the life of a child.

Which Breakouts Should I Attend?
 If you have a child that falls within a Milestone age range, you should attend that Milestone breakout. If you only need one of the Milestone breakouts, you’re welcome to attend a different Milestone class or one of the additional topic classes. If you have multiple children and want to attend multiple breakouts, parents are welcome to split up or simply stop by the class they miss to pick up a printed resource.

Bobby Cooley is dedicated to strengthening families nationwide and leads Empowered Homes, a free resource supporting family ministry by connecting church and home. He loves helping parents own their responsibility as the primary faith trainers in their homes. He serves parents and adults at Kingsland Baptist Church in Katy, TX. He is a husband, father, pastor, coach, and author.

While you’re investing in your family’s spiritual growth, your kids will be having a blast at Summit Childcare! Designed for children from birth-5th grade, Summit Childcare offers engaging, age-appropriate activities in a safe environment. Parents can attend Summit Weekend worry-free, knowing their children are cared for by trained staff.

Childcare and meals are included free with adult registration.

Childcare Drop-Off Times
Friday – begins at 5:45pm
Saturday – begins at 8:45am

Childcare check-in and drop-off will take place in the Kid City Check-in Lobby. If you are new to our building, come to the ROC entrance, and we will show you the way.
